Taking additional care can significantly extend the durability of your creations. The yarns we provide are suitable for machine washing using a gentle, cool cycle, but for optimal preservation, we suggest hand-washing them in cold water with just a touch of wool detergent. To dry, arrange them on a flat surface, avoiding the use of a tumble dryer. It’s also wise to wash your test swatch, particularly when working with highly pigmented or contrasting hues.

Color Bleeding

Should you encounter any color bleeding, color transfer, or dye staining, there are several remedies available, tailored to the stage of completion of your knit or crochet piece.

We recommend that you purchase enough yarn to complete your project, as the unique nature of the hand dyeing process can result in minor variations in color between batches.
