Devonia 4 Ply

John Arbon Textiles proudly presents the Devonia collection, a pioneering blend that honors the tradition of utilizing local fibres, a practice that continues to this day. The Devonia yarn is crafted from a luxurious mix of Exmoor Blueface, Bluefaced Leicester, and various Lustre breeds. The Exmoor Blueface, a breed native to their region, contributes a delightful springiness to the yarn. The Bluefaced Leicester adds an exceptionally soft texture and a brilliant luster, while the combination of Wensleydale and Romney, known as the Lustre breeds, infuses the yarn with a radiant golden glow and elegant drape.

This exquisite fusion results in a yarn that boasts a rich luster and a supple drape, accented by a subtle resilience, making it an ideal choice for creating flowing shawls, cozy cardigans, stylish pullovers, and chic accessories that require a touch of fluidity.
